Senior Manager of Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to oversee the development of their HRP / Safety SaaS application.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a cross-functional Agile engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable SaaS solutions

Contribute to architecture discussions and support modernization initiatives, including migration to Kubernetes

Ensure Agile practices are followed and champion best practices in CI / CD and automated testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in software engineering with 3-5+ years in a leadership role

Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET, MSSQL, and Azure Cloud

Experience with cloud-native initiatives and Kubernetes migrations

Solid understanding of SaaS architectures and high-availability systems
