A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of medical record requests via phone calls, meeting a daily goal of 85 calls
Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release and provide prompt, concise customer service
Work with other departments to ensure timely processing of requests and handle data entry and other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
