**Job Title: Full-Time Care/Med Tech (7pm - 7am)**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Care/Med Tech to join our healthcare team. This vital role involves providing high-quality care and medical support to our residents during the night shift from 7pm to 7am. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to medication schedules.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare staff.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and medications administered.
- Respond promptly and effectively to resident calls and emergencies.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Uphold resident confidentiality and comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Medication Technician or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
