Job description

Cabinet Installer

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will work off blueprints to install custom cabinets, crafted in our Green Bay shop, and will contribute to various commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Install custom cabinets based on blueprints.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Travel to various sites, such as schools, hospitals, or new commercial builds, to install cabinetry.
  • Ensure all installations meet the quality standards and specifications.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building custom wood products.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Experience with high-end cabinet building.
  • Ability to work with air nailers, hammers, and other woodworking tools.
  • Strong mathematical skills including arithmetic operations.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience with hand power tools and basic woodworking machinery.
  • 6+ months of experience in reading and understanding blueprints or shop drawings.
  • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.

    Work Environment

    Job Type & Location

    This is a permanent position based out of Suamico, Wisconsin.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30000.00 - $70000.00 / yr. Will be a direct hire from day 1. Will get Beck's benefits from day one. PTO, 401k, etc.

    Workplace Type

    This is a fully onsite position in Suamico, WI.
