Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's schedule, correspondence, and travel arrangements while maintaining confidentiality
Coordinate HR communications, meetings, and employee recognition initiatives
Assist with onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation for compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with technology tools and systems, including Google Workspace and Salesforce
