The Role :
Indie Consulting is seeking an organized and motivated Influencer Associate Manager to support influencer marketing initiatives for a leading global beauty client.
This position plays a key support role on a fast-paced, high-volume influencer team. The Associate Manager will assist with creator management, campaign tracking, content reviews, and cross-team coordination to ensure flawless execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media workflows, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to learn and grow within a global, dynamic client ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day campaign management including creator communications, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project timelines.
- Coordinate influencer product send-outs, content deliverable reviews, and asset routing across internal teams and agency partners.
- Maintain influencer trackers, content calendars, and reporting tools to ensure up-to-date information is available across workstreams.
- Review influencer content for accuracy, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate campaign performance data, key learnings, and reporting metrics to support team recaps and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Manager and Strategist to identify new talent, trends, and content opportunities across social platforms.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice documentation to ensure efficient and organized campaign operations.
- Support cross-functional coordination with creative, PR, and digital partners to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing.Familiarity with influencer discovery tools, campaign reporting, and content calendars.Experience managing day-to-day relationships with creators and agency partners.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Working knowledge of influencer platforms and social media trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Ability to identify trends and creators aligned with brand voice and audience goals.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent writing and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Why Join Indie :
