Responsibilities
Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with hospital protocols and physician ordersEnsure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging proceduresScreen patients for contraindications (implants, allergies, etc.) and explain the procedure clearlyOperate and maintain MRI equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and report malfunctionsCollaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely resultsMaintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation using Epic / RIS / PACS systemsAdhere to hospital policies and ACR safety guidelines for MRI environmentsQualifications
ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) with MR registry required (or registry eligible with timeline)Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility)BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)Minimum 1 year of MRI experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations may be consideredExperience with Siemens and / or GE MRI scanners a plusAbout Prime Time Healthcare
