Software Support Specialist

Overview

We are looking for team members to work at our company headquarters in Istanbul Kavacik who possess the following qualifications :

• Able to perform operating system and application installations,
• Capable of carrying out software installations for customers and configuring all settings according to their workflows,
• Able to analyze and resolve problems encountered by customers or users in software programs, identify the source of issues by reviewing log records, and report them to the relevant teams when necessary,
• Capable of conducting tests assigned during software development processes and reporting the results in detail,
• Preparing and maintaining documentation and diagrams for processes such as installation and configuration,
• Willing and able to travel outside the city,
• At least an intermediate level of English proficiency,
• For male candidates, having completed military service or holding at least a 2-year deferment,
• Innovative, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Open to learning, creative, and disciplined, with a systematic and organized working approach.
