Position Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg / Telemetry setting.

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry strips.

Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.

Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in EMR.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on care planning.

Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Maintain compliance with facility policies, HIPAA, and safety standards.

Requirements :

Active, unrestricted certification / licensure as an RN.

1 year of experience required - RN Med Surg / Tele

Charting System : Required - Epic

BLS from AHA.

COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
