Lead Product Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research to execution

Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of users

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine designs based on feedback

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio

Deep expertise in UX / UI design and interaction design principles

Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of research methodologies

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus

Strong sense of ownership and proactive project leadership
