Position Overivew

Were seeking a Procore-savvy construction leader with 510 years of experience leading project management teams and delivering ground-up hospitality projects. As Project Executive, youll partner with senior leadership while directly overseeing and mentoring Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver hotel and commercial projects with excellence.

This role is based out of our Atlanta office, with travel throughout the Southeast for project oversight and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Executive (PX) will act as a senior team leader overseeing multiple ground-up hotel construction projects, guiding PMs and Supers, while driving operational excellence and cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role is instrumental in ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while modeling Firmos collaborative culture and commitment to mentorship.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Strategic Leadership Lead multiple projects in alignment with client objectives and company goals; mentor Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure team success.
• Project Oversight Direct full project life cycles for ground-up hotel builds, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, compliance, and risk management.
• Financial Management Establish and oversee project budgets, ensure financial accountability, and provide staffing forecasts. Monitor and control costs, including equipment rentals, subcontractor expenses, and vendor agreements, to maximize profitability.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations Build strong client and subcontractor relationships; foster open communication and collaboration with executives, teams, and stakeholders; promote shared accountability and success.
• Operational Excellence - Ensure consistent use of Procore across all teams; manage dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to track performance; develop and enforce SOPs; champion continuous improvement and recommend operational enhancements.
