A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead a team of accounting professionals in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of accountants / analysts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP / IFRS and internal controls
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and drive process improvements for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a management role
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience in multi-entity / global operations required
Strong leadership and project-management skills in remote, cross-cultural environments
