Critter Evictors is Arizona’s go-to provider for humane wildlife removal and exclusion services. We help homeowners and property managers resolve nuisance animal problems with professionalism, expertise, and integrity. As demand grows, we’re expanding our team and looking for a driven, high-integrity Outside Sales Representative.

• About the Role

This is a field-based, consultative sales role ideal for someone with in-home sales, pest control, roofing, remodeling, or similar experience. You’ll inspect properties, identify animal activity, educate homeowners, and close contracts for customized solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Respond to scheduled sales leads (no cold calling)
• Conduct thorough inspections of attics, roofs, and property exteriors
• Identify signs of wildlife activity and structural entry points
• Educate customers and present tailored service options
• Close contracts and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area (company truck provided)
• Requirements
• Proven outside or in-home sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working in attics, on rooftops, and in variable weather
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in pest control, roofing, remodeling, or related trades is a plus
• Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay plus uncapped commission
• Total earning potential : $86,400–$110,400+ annually
• Company truck and gas card provided
• All tools and inspection equipment supplied
• Paid training
• Full-time schedule : Monday–Friday (no weekends)
