Project Assistant

This role supports engineering and construction projects by providing administrative and analytical support to the project team. Candidates will assist with project information management, data entry, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of project communications. The position requires someone who is eager to learn, highly flexible, and capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, reporting, and document control.
• Scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and supporting project managers.
• Maintaining project files, tracking project progress, and preparing reports.
• Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supporting project logistics (calendars, travel, meeting set-up).
• Providing general “all hands-on deck” project support as needed.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent with a min three (3) to five (5) years office / clerical experience.
• Associates + 4 yrs relevant experience.
• Bachelors + 2 yrs relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (non-negotiable).
• Experience in data analysis, data analytics, or business analytics preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to provide high-quality, client-ready work with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control.

Job Type : Temp-to-hire

Pay : $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
