Safely drive a 16' - 26' ft. medical waste truck over an assigned route through traffic, construction zones and parking lots of customer locations. Have a friendly, outgoing attitude, where you enjoy meeting people and providing great customer service. Tech savvy to use our wireless scanning technology. Ability to work as a team player while being self-motivated and reliable to work independently. Capable of communicating effectively, both in oral and written forms. Must have a clean criminal background, as servicing schools, bases and other businesses will require background checks of our drivers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspection and maintenance checks of all equipment; report any issues immediate to leader. Loading and unloading medical waste from customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Track and notate amount of waste picked up at each customer location. Loading and unloading a truck through a variety of mechanisms. Using wireless scanning technology. Computer literate to complete and verify numbers / amounts entered during route, match those on the billing sheet and compliance paperwork. Assist customers regarding service problems and concerns; report information obtained, and any resolution completed to leader.
