Pest Control Service Technician

Designed for someone who desires minimal supervision, a change of scenery each day, and wants the power to impact their own earnings.

Our technicians drive a company truck to and from work each day. The ideal candidate easily interacts with people, has a strong work ethic, and integrity.

This position starts at $18.00 / hour for the first 90 days of training, after which the pay structure is based on production and performance. Good performers quickly earn $20+ per hour. First year earnings are estimated at $42,000-$45,000. Our veteran technicians make $50,000 and more.

    • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • No Experience in pest control? No problem - we provide full, paid training!
  • To drive our commercial vehicle, you must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years with an acceptable driving record.
  • A commitment to safety.
  • Ability and willingness to work in various areas and conditions, including crawlspaces, attics, and in all types of weather.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and crawl.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical ability test, and background screening.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance.

    A Day in the Life of a Pest Control Service Technician

  • Leave your home in a company vehicle and go straight to your first customer.
  • Serve your customers by inspecting their property to assess pest issues, clearly explaining pest control principles to prescribe a solution, and treating their home or business.
  • Build trust and develop relationships with your recurring maintenance customers.
  • Submit accurate work orders on your company issued iPad.
  • Maintain your service vehicle, equipment, and materials.
  • Meet new people every day and help protect their homes and businesses from unwanted pests.
  • Drive your company vehicle back to your home.
  • Work hours are Monday-Friday. Start and end times will vary slightly from day to day.
