Nelectron Solutions, a fast-growing provider of POS and merchant services, is seeking a sharp and organized Lead Follow-Up Specialist to work independently in our Westwood office. This part-time position focuses on contacting business leads provided by account managers, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling in-person appointments.

The ideal candidate has impeccable verbal and written communication skills , thrives on cold calling , and maintains an exceptional level of organization. You must manage follow-ups precisely (if an owner says “call Wednesday at 2 PM,” you call Wednesday at 2 PM) and keep all interactions tracked and updated in our CRM.

Responsibilities :

• Call and follow up with business leads to identify owners and schedule appointments
• Update CRM systems with accurate notes and next steps
• Perform light administrative and office support tasks
• Understand the company’s service offerings well enough to spark interest and handle objections
• Stay organized and responsive at all times

Qualifications :

Schedule : Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, in-person during business hours

Compensation : Hourly base pay plus performance bonuses
