Job descriptionWork in the Labor & Delivery unit following an LDRP model, Level 1 Provide care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period Night shift schedule from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30 Every other weekend required, with priority on major holiday nights Floating required between Labor & Delivery units Responsibilities include monitoring maternal and fetal well-being, administering medications, assisting in deliveries, and patient education Work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment Must be able to float between specified units as needed Holiday coverage is required, especially for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve nights Active NY RN license Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association Certifications required : ACLS, NRP, AWHONN or C-EFM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
