Job description

JZW Architects is seeking a talented and self-motivated ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER to join our North Salt Lake and Layton Utah office. Overseeing various project types from Single / Multi-Family Residences to Professional Offices and Commercial Properties. Candidates must have experience in the architectural field, demonstrate good communication and leadership skills, strong technical skills and production capabilities. Individuals with a strong commitment to work quality and professional excellence are invited to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Architectural Drafting : Proficient use of Autodesk Revit is required for drafting and detailing.
  • Project Oversight : Manage all phases of projects, including scheduling, coordination with engineers, and quality control.
  • Client Interaction : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling meetings and communications.
  • Design and Delivery : Oversee the design process, develop construction documents, and manage project delivery.
  • Contract Management : Develop and execute contracts with clients and consultants.
  • Site Visits : Conduct visits to ensure project alignment with design and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience : At least 3 years in the architectural field and 5 years of drafting experience.
  • Skills : Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Suites. Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills are essential.
  • Project Types : Experience with both new construction and remodels, including architectural detailing and construction administration
