The Christ Hospital Health Network, a leading Cincinnati-based healthcare system known for its commitment to excellence in patient care, seeks an accomplished Senior Analyst, HR Data Analytics to advance the organization’s capability to transform workforce data into predictive, evidence-based insights. The Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming HR data into actionable information that drives strategic decision-making. This individual contributor, hands-on role combines advanced analytics, HR technology, and data science techniques with a deep understanding of HR metrics and organizational behavior. The successful candidate will optimize data systems, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and provide leaders with meaningful analysis that influences talent, engagement, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive analytics models and algorithms to identify workforce patterns and forecast outcomes such as turnover risk, performance trends, and engagement dynamics.
- Apply regression analysis and correlation modeling to uncover relationships between demographic, behavioral, and sentiment data.
- Design and implement self-correcting data quality control mechanisms to continuously verify, validate, and enhance data accuracy and integrity throughout the workflow.
- Leverage Agentic AI data analysis to automate data synthesis, aggregation, cleansing, validation, and verification processes, ensuring consistently high data quality and actionable insights to guide and inform leadership decision making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex analyses into executive level data reports.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data consistency, integrity, and proper governance across all systems and data sources.
- Create models that link workforce behaviors and outcomes (e.g., retention, productivity, engagement) to measurable business results.
- Stay current on emerging analytics technologies including machine learning, generative AI, and predictive modeling, and recommend opportunities to apply them within HR analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline (advanced degree preferred).7+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, ideally with exposure to HR or workforce analytics.Demonstrated proficiency in regression modeling, correlation analysis, and algorithm development, with the ability to translate findings through compelling data visualization and storytelling.Strong understanding of data governance, accuracy controls, and validation frameworks.Experience in AI-driven data quality automation, autonomous data orchestration tools, and emerging Agentic AI applications.Familiarity with Oracle Fusion data intelligence and related enterprise analytics ecosystems.Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights clearly to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.Core Competencies
