Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Billing & Audit Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting the billing process, conducting audits of invoices and financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and client requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to learn within a collaborative team environment.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist with monthly billing reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct routine audits of billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts
• Support internal and external audit requests by gathering and organizing documentation
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and audit findings
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and operations teams to resolve billing or payment issues
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to billing and audit functions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and regulatory requirements
