Our space combines a stylish East Village vibe with DJs, bottle service, and elevated small plates.
Your Role
- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier cocktails and guest experience
- Oversee cocktail creation, batching, and consistency of world-class recipes
- Manage bar prep, inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train bartenders on advanced techniques (clarification, infusions, fat-washing, etc.)
- Collaborate with ownership on, events menus and bottle service packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years behind the bar, at least 1 year in a lead or head bartender roleStrong mixology background and creative driveKnowledge of Mexican spirits and ingredients a plusGreat communication, leadership, and hospitality skillsAvailable for late-night shifts (DJ nights, events, weekendsBring your energy, creativity, and leadership — and help make H&H Cantina one of New York’s most talked-about cocktail lounges.
