Job Title : Residential Mental Health Therapist
Location : Castle Rock, CO
Work Environment : Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility
Schedule : Full Time | Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Schedule
Compensation : $60,000 - $79,000 (Dependent on Licensure / Experience)
About The Role :
As a Residential Therapist, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, helping adolescent clients navigate their mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans and empower clients to achieve their recovery goals.
