Position Summary :

The Director, Preconstruction, will serve as a key leader and trusted partner for Liberty's Southeast Region, reporting directly to the Vice President, Southeast and serving on the regional leadership team. This role is instrumental in driving the growth, performance, and reputation of the Southeast Region by ensuring our preconstruction services set the foundation for successful project delivery.

The Director will lead all aspects of preconstruction, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and client engagement. This leader will bring deep expertise in cost estimation across core construction divisions, an ability to partner with operations teams, and a passion for building high-performing teams that deliver accuracy, innovation, and value to clients.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

• Serve as the regional leader for all preconstruction efforts, aligning strategy with the Southeast Region's growth and business objectives.
• Partner closely with the Vice President, Southeast and regional leadership team to drive pursuit strategy, project acquisition, and client satisfaction.
• Represent preconstruction in executive discussions, client presentations, and industry forums.

General office working conditions along with exposure to field operations.
