• As the Director of Nursing at Medical Hill Healthcare, you will be a vital member of our leadership team, overseeing all aspects of nursing operations. You will be instrumental in :
• Leading and Mentoring : Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our nursing staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care.
• Developing and Implementing Policies : Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Ensuring Quality Care : Continuously assess and evaluate nursing care practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
• Staff Management : Participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of nursing staff, ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing levels for all shifts.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration : Foster effective communication and collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
• Budget Management : Contribute to fiscal responsibility by overseeing the nursing department budget, managing expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
