An established and growing third-party logistics provider is seeking a, New business development Professionalto lead customer engagement, drive revenue growth, and manage national accounts — with a core focus on temperature-controlled LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight .

If you have strong sales instincts, a service-first mindset, and proven success in cold chain or refrigerated logistics, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary liaison for national customers with temperature-controlled freight needs.
• Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Negotiate and prepare freight quotes for LTL temperature-sensitive lanes.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including order inquiries, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely quoting, strong carrier partnerships, and seamless execution.
• Monitor national and regional freight trends, especially within the cold chain market.
• Participate in special projects and departmental strategy discussions.
• Travel up to 10–15% to support client relationships and business growth.
