West Coast Manager – Clinical Training & Client Success
Position Summary
TheWest Coast Manager – Clinical Training & Client Success plays a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding customer outcomes and clinical excellence across Wy'East Medical's Safe Patient Handling (SPH) product line. Reporting to the Executive Director of Client Success and Clinical Training, this role is responsible for leading regional client success initiatives, executing training programs, and ensuring post-sale adoption and satisfaction within hospitals, rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities throughout the Eastern U.S.
This position combines clinical expertise with business acumen—supporting sales growth within the existing customer base, ensuring safe and compliant SPH product utilization, and cultivating long-term client partnerships that drive injury reduction and improved patient outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Account Growth
- Serve as the regional lead for client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion within assigned accounts.
- Partner with Area Sales Managers to identify additional product opportunities within current client sites and assist in the pursuit of cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage onboarding and handoff from Sales to Client Success, ensuring smooth deployments and early client engagement.
- Track and report on key client success metrics including utilization, adoption, and training compliance.
- Build consultative relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders such as CNOs, SPHM Coordinators, and Safety Officers.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement best practices, identify trends, and improve overall client experience.
Clinical Training Leadership
Plan and deliver onsite and virtual clinical training sessions for SPH products, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective caregiver use.Implement "train-the-trainer" models and certification programs to expand client self-sufficiency in clinical training.Support live demos and education for new product introductions and evaluations.Assess training outcomes and competency retention; recommend continuous improvements to increase engagement and reduce injury rates.Contribute to the development of training assets (videos, guides, e-learning content) for both internal and external audiences.Team Collaboration & Leadership
Provide mentorship and direction to local clinical trainers or client success associates in other regions.Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing skill development of field clinical staff as the regional organization grows.Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure client needs are communicated and met effectively.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, clinical education, client success, or account management within the medical device or healthcare equipment industry.Experience with Safe Patient Handling equipment and caregiver training programs strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple healthcare accounts, coordinate training logistics, and build professional relationships across clinical and administrative levels.Strong communication skills.Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%) across the Western U.S.Performance Metrics

Base salary commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for performance-based commissions and bonuses tied to client retention and regional growth, aligned with the company's variable compensation plan. On Target Total Earnings between $85-$100K
