A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager to oversee the mortgage loan processing team and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise processing staff to ensure efficient and compliant mortgage loan processing
Manage relationships between loan officers and processors, resolving issues to maintain workflow
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet production metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finances, Administration, or 5 years of management experience in the mortgage industry
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or equivalent position
Comprehensive knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and an electronic Loan Origination System
