We’re looking for experienced Float Pool RNs who enjoy variety, adaptability, and being part of a supportive nursing team. This role is perfect for nurses who like to stay on their toes and make a difference wherever they’re needed most.

As a Float Pool RN, you’ll have the opportunity to care for patients across multiple hospital settings, expanding your clinical knowledge while supporting a wide range of teams.

What You’ll Do :

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in various clinical settings

Adapt quickly to new environments and collaborate with diverse care teams

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with accuracy and attention to detail

Support patients and families through education, recovery, and ongoing care

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Current RN license (Georgia or compact state)

✅ BLS required; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain)

✅ Minimum 6 months of recent RN experience

✅ Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
