Sr. Director Social Services

The Sr. Director is responsible for leadership and administration of CPLC's Social Services Programs in New Mexico. This position is accountable for the continued success and growth of existing programs as well as expanding service lines to provide comprehensive social services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility :

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This Senior Director position directly supervises a team of Program Directors, Associate Directors, Leaders and Education leadership (if applicable)
• Additionally, this position indirectly oversees all New Mexico Social Services staff including approval of staff hires, evaluation, disciplinary actions and employee discharges

Other Information / Requirements

Master's degree in social sciences, business or related degree with five years' experience in non-profit leadership including business applications OR minimally, a Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, or related field with 8-10 years leadership experience at the director level including business applications

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered to meet the qualifications of this position
