Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Partner II
Join our dynamic, fast paced, FP&A team, partnering with the Product leadership team within the Audience Measurement division. This highly visible role is responsible for driving financial performance, providing actionable insights into core business investments, and ensuring fiscal discipline throughout the product lifecycle. The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Partner II will support the comprehensive planning, forecasting, and reporting for all operating and capital expenditures related to product development. Success in this role requires a collaborative, high-impact individual who not only possesses deep analytical rigor but also a thorough understanding of product development economics and the broader media and measurement landscape. You will be instrumental in influencing senior leaders to make data-driven decisions that fuel top-line growth and enhance long-term valuation.
While most work will be done remotely, employees may be required onsite, in our NYC headquarters, for special projects, meetings etc.

Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field required.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, with significant time spent directly supporting Product Development, R&D, or Technology organizations.
Prior experience in the Media, Ad-Tech, or Audience Measurement industry preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in complex financial modeling and developing robust investment ROI / NPV analyses.
Deep practical knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and associated cost management.
Proven ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and communication skills, with proven success presenting to and challenging Senior Management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with major ERP (e.g., SAP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems (e.g., Hyperion HFM, Planning, or SAP Analytics Cloud / SAC) is required. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
