Position Overview

A & Associates is seeking a full-time, in-office Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Mobile, AL. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through strategic insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on property and casualty insurance options
• Generate and close leads through outbound efforts and inbound inquiries
• Prepare policy quotes, assist with applications, and process renewals
• Ensure all client interactions meet state compliance and carrier standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems
• Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
