Touzet Studio is an award-winning architecture and interiors practice seeking a Studio & Operations Manager to keep our design studio running efficiently and beautifully.
This role is perfect for someone organized, tech-savvy, and creative , who loves making a small design practice work seamlessly behind the scenes while contributing to a gracious client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day studio operations : scheduling, vendor coordination, contracts, and systems.
- Handle billing & invoicing, track payments, and maintain organized financial records with our accounting support.
- Help prepare proposals and presentations that reflect our design sensibility.
- Improve workflows and implement better digital tools (CRM, cloud systems, productivity apps).
- Contribute to a welcoming, design-driven studio atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of administrative or studio management experience (creative field preferred).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with billing / invoicing systems.Confident using digital tools to improve efficiency (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, CRMs, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication; warm and professional with clients and collaborators.Bonus : InDesign, Canva, or similar for proposals / presentations.Benefits
