Core Job Responsibilities : What You'll Do

As a senior marketing analyst, you will be the strategic engine behind our marketing efforts. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Your responsibilities include :

• Acting as the primary analytical partner for the Marketing and Sales leadership teams, providing data-driven recommendations that shape our overall B2B growth strategy.
• Developing and owning the measurement framework for the customer journey for marketing campaigns from initial brand awareness and lead generation to product trial and conversion.
• Analyzing the efficiency of paid media, content marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs.
• Implementing and managing early stage multi-touch attribution (MTA) models to accurately credit value across long, complex B2B sales cycles.
• Overseeing the integration of data between Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, and BI tools (Tableau) to ensure a "Single Source of Truth" to track campaign effectiveness.
• Building and maintaining executive-level dashboards that communicate the "story" behind the numbers for campaign results, making technical findings accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range :

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
