A growing manufacturer in Monticello, IN is hiring Finishers to support the final stages of production for broilers, gen sets, and chillers. Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary :

As a Finisher, you’ll work on the final steps of the assembly process, preparing finished products for shipment and ensuring quality and consistency. You'll use hand tools and follow schematics to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Duties :

• Provide support along the assembly line
• Prepare completed products for shipment
• Ensure quality and consistency of finished items
• Follow electrical schematics and product prints
• Work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay :

$16.00-18.00 per hour

Schedule :

Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, 3 : 30-11 : 00pm
