Robert Half is currently recruiting for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Billing Clerk to support billing operations and administrative functions in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate billing processes and managing essential office tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in software tools, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Process billing statements and ensure accuracy in all billing functions.
  • Utilize Deltek Vision software to manage billing operations and related tasks.
  • Create and maintain proposals, ensuring timely preparation and submission.
  • Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly to support internal and external communication.
  • Manage calendars effectively, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for billing and administrative purposes.
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative duties to support office operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Deltek Vision software and other billing tools.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Word.
  • Experience in preparing proposals and managing related documentation.
  • Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
