Manufacturing Technician Compensation
- The pay for this position is $21.50 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsThe required availability for this position is Monday–Thursday, 7 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PMLocation not accessible by public transportationManufacturing Technician Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products while operating production equipmentWeigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure batches meet ingredient and quantity specificationsAssist with in-process testing to confirm product quality and compliance with standardsValidate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization proceduresHandle the removal and disposal of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids according to safety guidelinesPrepare solutions, powders, and liquids for batch production in compliance with specificationsSupport onboarding and training of new staff and assist with new procedure implementationProvide support to lead or supervisor as neededRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyFollow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain proper documentationAdhere to all company housekeeping and safety policies and proceduresMust be available for overtime as required to meet business needsManufacturing Technician Requirements
High School Diploma with technical certification in laboratory operations and 3 years of laboratory experience , ORAssociate Degree (AS) in a scientific discipline with 2–3 years of laboratory experience , ORBachelor’s Degree (BS) in a scientific discipline with 1–2 years of laboratory experienceAbility to read, write, and interpret charts, follow simple diagrams, and perform basic arithmeticProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong teamwork, communication, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work independentlyAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysPreferred Qualifications
