What you can expect to be doing :

Haley Ward is looking for a Land Surveyor in Training in our Leominster, MA office to collect land information using survey instruments, conduct reconnaissance, mark property boundaries, conduct construction stakeout, and assist Land Surveyors with computer-aided drafting and math computations.

Working Conditions

This position requires sufficient physical stamina to work long hours outdoors under various field conditions, and to lift and carry 40 pounds. Year-round outdoor work is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions. Work hours are subject to change with overtime work as needed to meet project schedules. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

The estimated range for this role is : $66,885 - $88,494. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education / training, certifications, credentials, skills, and demonstrated proficiency for the role. Compensation is reviewed at least annually each year. Compensation is also adjusted throughout the year to recognize position advancement, responsibilities and licensure and / or certification.
