Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Salary: $83,200 - 83,200 per year

Requirements:

• I am looking for proficient programmers who are fluent in English and have a strong command of either Python and/or JavaScript. You should be detail-oriented and possess excellent writing and grammar skills. A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred. You need to be proficient in at least one programming language among JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift to effectively tackle coding problems, similar to those found on platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank. It is essential that you can clearly explain how your solution addresses each coding problem.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will come up with diverse problems and solutions for our coding chatbot. You will write high-quality answers and code snippets while evaluating the code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance. Your work will be integral in training our AI chatbots to code.

This position can be full-time or part-time and is entirely remote. You will have the flexibility to choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule. Projects are compensated hourly, with opportunities for bonuses based on high-quality and high-volume work. As part of the application process, you will need to complete an assessment, and upon passing, you will gain access to our projects. We find that our most successful candidates work between 5-20 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
