The Team Lead, Data Integrations, oversees the day-to-day work of the Database Admins as well as the Integration team. This role ensures the health of our data infrastructure and facilitates development of data integrations.

Description for Candidates

The Team Lead, Data Integration oversees the day-to-day work of the Database Admins as well as the Integration team. This role ensures the health of our data infrastructure and facilitates development of data integrations. This individual will need a strong grasp of database infrastructure, experience with the Epic EHR and HL7 Interface development. They will collaborate with other IS teams to ensure the reliability, availability, and accuracy of data across the organization.

Responsibilities for Candidates

• \tManage the implementation of solutions to extremely complex problems and relationships between integrated information systems. Manage any project risks both from an organizational and technical stance. -10%
• \tOversee support of the Epic EHR Database and Analytics platforms. -20%
• \tOversee the design and support of the organization’s data infrastructure. -20%
• \tOversee support and development of HL7, FHIR, REST, SQL and File based integrations. -20%
• \tEnsure the security and availability of data and integrations. -10%
• \tPlan, configure and implement features that improve availability, response time, and monitoring of key system metrics for integration and database systems. -5%
• \tCoaching / leading staff and enforcing compliance with department standards and hospital policies and procedures. -10%
• \tDevelop and maintain data infrastructure documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and processes. -5%
• \tPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

Education and / or Experience Required :

o\t5 or more years’ experience in the Health IT industry in a data or integration role

o\tIn Depth Knowledge of Health data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA, X12).

o\tExperience developing and supporting API driven integrations

o\tExperience supporting the Epic EHR platform.

o\tExperience supporting the MS SQL database servers and related technologies.

Education and / or Experience Preferred :

o\t+2 or more years supervisory experience in a Health IT data role.

o\tEpic Bridges, Cogito or ODBA Certifications.

o\tExperience with the MS Azure cloud environment.

o\tExperience with the GoAnywhere MFT platfor.

o\tExperience with the Interfaceware Iguana platform.

o\tExperience managing Linux and Windows servers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00 / yr.

CT Children's Benefits. We can get these once their is an offer.

This is a hybrid position in Hartford,CT.
