What You’ll Do :

Provide hands-on care and support with daily living activities

Monitor and record vital signs, weight, input / output, and assist with basic testing

Communicate any changes in resident condition to the nursing team

Complete required documentation, forms, and logs accurately

Support residents with kindness, respect, and a person-centered approach

What We’re Looking For :

Active CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania

Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required

Compassionate, dependable, and flexible team players

Strong communication skills and a resident-first mindset

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
