Night Shift- minimum 2 RN up to 3 depending on patients and acuity Patient Ratios : 1 : 3 couplets EMR : CPN, Meditech List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Catch babies during deliveries (CS and SVD) Routine PP care Circumcision Some GYN post op patients Requirements : Must have : 2 years Experience NRP, experience catching babies Preferred or nice to have : Best personality Fit : Patient centered Friendly Self-driven.
