If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they will learn and test our modalities and operations. Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager include : introducing potential prospects to our methods and presenting them with a program suitable and tailored for them, assisting in the maintenance of our clients' programs by providing weekly stretches for them, supporting the work of the store General Manager (GM) and following GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience, serving the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.

We are seeking driven hardworking individuals that are passionate about fitness and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle, enjoy working in a close-knit environment, are dedicated and driven to succeed in their career, have a sales and management background within the fitness industry, are energetic, forward thinking and creative with high ethical standards, seek out all opportunities to grow the business. A strong sales background AND anatomical expertise will set this candidate apart. Previous experience or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesology, Anatomy, Biology, Physiology are basic requirements. Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health, Wellness, Training, Healthcare, Fitness, Athletic, Sports Fitness Professionals, or sports medicine are desired. Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager include minimum 1 year of proven success in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry, college level course work in Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology or relevant certification, availability for 1 - 2 weeks out of town job training, effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship, ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner, ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales, excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email, ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment, ability to work cohesively with General Manager to achieve common goals, ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment, highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, professional, punctual, reliable and neat, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
