Schedule Full Time

• Office Hours : Tuesday to Friday - 8AM to 5PM

Compensation & Benefits

$55 per hour, plus bonuses

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide preventive and periodontal care including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and perio maintenance

Capture diagnostics such as digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and charting

Educate patients clearly and effectively to build understanding and acceptance of care plans

Partner with doctors in co-diagnosis and case presentation

Maintain accurate documentation and a sterile, organized operatory

Support efficient patient flow with smooth timing and team handoffs

Requirements

Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene License

Anesthesia / nitrous certification a plus

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust without jargon

Comfortable with digital technology and modern dental systems

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and infection control habits

Growth mindset and openness to continuing education and feedback

Collaborative team player with a focus on protecting the schedule and patient experience

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
