Solar Sales Rep

We are building an elite door-to-door solar sales team and looking for hungry producers who want to outwork others, earn what they're worth, and step into a high-skill, high-income field. No salary. No hourly. Earn based fully on performance. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will drive business growth and create lasting impressions.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

What you’ll do

• Canvas and engage homeowners face-to-face
• Set appointments and close deals using our proven process
• Educate homeowners on utility inflation and Solar savings
• Work independently and set goals for yours yourself
• Represent the brand with professionalism and urgency
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

What We Provide

• Daily sales training and mentorship
• Full program materials, pitch, and closing support
• Direct leadership track for top reps (team lead & overrides)
• No cap on commissions

Earning Potential

• Commission only - no base salary
• Typical 1st year reps: - 40,000 - 100,000 a yr
• Top closers exceed 150k+ with overrides & leadership growth
