Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Operations : Process freight within specified Units per Hour goals, inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging, ensure proper sensor / tag placement, execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment, manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers, complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets, process retickets, create tags, and maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels per company guidelines.
• Customer Service & Sales Floor Support : Create memorable customer experiences through service, support brand ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery, greet and assist customers on the sales floor, process sales transactions and follow policies for returns, discounts, and customer data capture, maintain a clean and welcoming sales floor and fitting rooms, balance operational tasks with customer experience.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Standards : Participate in visual merchandising of the sales floor, maintain store presentation standards, provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
• Professional Standards : Foster a positive work environment aligned with RL values, collaborate with team members, participate in training and company initiatives, support store operations in front and back of house functions.
• Other : Back of house experience or similar in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred; strong communication with customers and store personnel; ability to maneuver around the store, work around / with chemicals, and lift up to 30 lbs; flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and potentially overnight shifts and travel as required; ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
