Merchandise Planner

About the Job The Merchandise Planner will play a critical role in driving sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency through strategic planning and analysis.

In this role, you will develop and maintain merchandise planning models, translate financial goals into actionable product-level strategies, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across seasonal strategies and business objectives.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do Planning & Forecasting :

• Build and maintain merchandise planning models incorporating historical trends, seasonality, promotions, and growth assumptions.
• Translate financial targets into product-level sales and inventory plans that align with business goals.
• Monitor performance against plan, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
