As a Security Professional - Logistics Center Patrol in Shepherdsville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.

Monitor the logistics and distribution location for any unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors to address questions and concerns related to security-related matters.

Document and communicate observations, incidents, and / or issues to Allied Universal management and client contacts as required.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
