Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Performance Guarantees.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop subject matter expertise on standard performance guarantees calculations and definitions

Maintain automated dashboards and data pipelines for performance guarantees

Prepare reports and dashboards on performance guarantee metrics for internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics engineering processes

Experience using data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards

Knowledge of healthcare and experience with medical claims or electronic health record data

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field

Experience with financial accruals and accounting principles is a plus
