• Must have active state license

• Days, Call, Weekend call
• Clinic and call coverage
• Expect 20 patient encounters per shift
• General adult urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies & more
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
